General questions

Sustained Sports is an online marketplace where we bring togethera collection of handpicked sports companies. However, each of our partnersoperate independently and are each responsible for the distribution of yourproducts.

This means that when you purchase from several different companiesin one go through us, each order is still being shipped separately by ourpartners and each order could be subject to a delivery charge.

Our delivery charges always match, or are less than, the cost ofpostage listed on each of our partner websites (including free shippingoptions) - so our delivery costs are no different than if you have visited eachof our partner's websites directly - but now in one streamlined process. 

In most cases, details for checking your tracked delivery will beincluded in your Order Sent confirmation email. However, each vendor mayprocess their orders differently and this information may not be included orthey have chosen to not use a tracked courier service.

If you order has not been received within the expected deliverytime please email customers@sustainedsports.com and we will check the statusfor you. 

If you change your mind about placing an order and it has not yetbeen processed, we can attempt to cancel this order for you. Please emailcustomers@sustainedsports.com.

We currently only offer delivery options for the UK. Please visit our partner brand's sites directly for expanded deliveryoptions if you are visiting from overseas. 

Most of our partner brand's offer StandardRoyal Mail delivery, in which case delivery can be expected within 3-7 days.Some brands will offer additional delivery options, and these will be presentedat check-out with shorter delivery times highlighted. 

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex & ApplePay. We are also able to take payment via PayPal.

All orders are taken and charged in £GBP. 

Shipping

Returns

As standard all products can be returned within14 days of delivery if you find that they are not what you wanted. Some of ourpartner brands will offer an extended returns period, please check yourdelivery slip or emails for additional information. 

Regardless of the returns policy, please emailcustomers@sustainedsports.com to begin the returns process. 

We typically operate by returning a product for a refund and then asking customers to purchase a replacement. However, we will approach this on a brand per brand basis depending on their policies.

Unless stated differently by our partner brands, customers will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning their item. 

Return of payments should take place within 14days.
